Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The item must also be in its original packaging.

All products returned to our store must be in their original packaging, and all original items must accompany the products. If the original packaging is not available, please securely repackage your item in a replacement box with appropriate packaging to ensure the unit is well protected. The return address varies depending on the product but is included on the return label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
